Mullein- the leaves os mullein are traditionally used to heal and ease the breath
Lavender- traditionally used for a gentle calm mind and light floral flavor
Chamomile- traditionally used to calm the body

Light and floral with lavender notes and soft earthiness from mullein.

Recommended Preparation:
Steep 1–2 tsp in hot water, covered for 10-15 minutes. Strain well. Enjoyed both warm or cold. Great with local honey or Pineapple Nettle elderberry syrup.
May also be made into a tincture.
By covering the herbs in alcohol, glycerin or vinegar and allowing to steep in a cool dark cabinet for approximately 6 weeks, shaking daily. Strain and store in a dropper bottle for use as needed.
